Wawio Limited Warranty Policy

WAWIO Payments LLC (doing business as Wawio)

At Wawio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable performance. Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, Wawio will cover the repair cost and shipping cost related to eligible warranty claims. On-site service is not included under this warranty. If needed, Wawio will provide a replacement unit during the warranty period.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  1. Damage Caused by External Factors
    • Accidents, drops, or impacts.
    • Fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
    • Liquid exposure, including spills, submersion, or excessive moisture.
    • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.

  2. Improper Use or Negligence
    • Use of the product outside Wawio’s published guidelines and specifications.
    • Improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
    • Failure to follow operating instructions, including overloading, overheating, or using incompatible accessories.
    • Damage due to excessive wear and tear beyond normal usage.

  3. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
    • Any repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by non-Wawio-authorized personnel.
    • Use of non-original or incompatible parts or accessories.

  4. Shipping and Packaging-Related Damage
    • Damage occurring during return shipping due to improper or insufficient packaging by the customer.
    • Loss or damage due to mishandling by shipping carriers.

  5. Consumable Components and Cosmetic Damage
    • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect product performance.
    • Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, or accessories unless they fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

  6. Products Sold As-Is or Without Proof of Purchase
    • Products sold as used, refurbished, or “as-is” without a valid proof of purchase.
    • Any products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers not recognized by Wawio.

 

Warranty Claim Process (RMA Procedure)

If a product experiences an issue during the warranty period, Wawio will initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Customers must follow the RMA steps provided by Wawio, which may include troubleshooting, returning the defective unit, or submitting required documentation. Replacement or repair will be processed only after the RMA is approved.
