Software

All software purchases are non-returnable due to licensing agreements with the software manufacturer.

Hardware

Returns for a refund or replacement must be received by WAWIO within 30 calendar days from the date of installation.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to each return.

All returned hardware must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Items that are damaged, missing components, or not in resalable condition may be denied a refund or subject to additional fees.
Labor & Shipping Costs

Labor and shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes installation services and expedited shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return
