This policy explains WAWIO’s return and refund guidelines, including eligibility, timelines, and exclusions. Certain hardware, software, and configured products may be non-returnable. Please review the details below before purchasing.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Software

  • All software purchases are non-returnable due to licensing agreements with the software manufacturer.

  • Please ensure compatibility and review product details before completing your purchase.

  • If you experience issues with software activation or functionality, please contact the manufacturer for support.

Hardware

  • Returns for a refund or replacement must be received by WAWIO within 30 calendar days from the date of installation.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to each return.

  • All returned hardware must be in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, missing components, or not in resalable condition may be denied a refund or subject to additional fees.

Labor & Shipping Costs

  • Labor and shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes installation services and expedited shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at (818) 942-6150 or cs@wawio.com 

  2. Carefully package the item, including all original accessories and packaging.

  3. Clearly label the package and ship it to the return address provided.

  4. All refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or by check, subject to the terms of our refund policy.
