This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information in connection with our website, software, hardware, payments-related services, SMS/text messaging program, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”)
By accessing our website or using our Services (including opting in to SMS/text messages), you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

4) SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
This section applies if you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Wawio.

No system is completely secure. Wawio is not responsible for security breaches beyond its reasonable control. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and managing account permissions.
6) Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account and contact information

Complying with all applicable privacy, tax, labor, financial, and consumer protection laws

Managing system configurations, including taxes, fees, and surcharges
All settings within the Wawio system including extra charges, credit card surcharges, service fees, or tax rates are controlled by the merchant. Wawio is not responsible for errors, discrepancies, legal violations, or customer disputes arising from merchant-configured settings.
Any deposits paid to Wawio are subject to the invoice terms. If an invoice states that a payment is final or non-refundable, the merchant agrees that such payment will not be refunded.
7) Cookies and Tracking
Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to improve functionality, analyze site traffic, and enhance user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
8) Data Retention
We retain personal and business information only as long as necessary to:

Upon termination of Services, merchants are responsible for exporting any data they wish to retain.
