At Wawio, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive reliable and high-quality hardware. We offer a one-year WAWIO warranty on the following devices:

All-in-one terminals

Printers
-
Credit card terminals
RMA Process:
To initiate the RMA process, customers must first contact our technical support team for troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved and the hardware is determined to be defective, the support team will transfer the case to customer service to begin the RMA process.
To proceed, the customer is required to:

Provide photos of the front, back, serial number, and power adapter of the device.

Complete and sign the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form.

Properly package the hardware to prevent damage during transit
Replacement and Shipping:
If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, Wawio will provide a replacement unit at no charge and will cover shipping costs for both the return and the replacement.
Important Note:
If the device is found to be damaged due to misuse, physical impact, or if the warranty has expired, the customer will be responsible for all replacement and shipping costs. WAWIO Payment LLC reserves the right to process any applicable fees or replacement charges using the ACH authorization form previously provided.
